After discovering the local landscape and its particular vegetation as well as the interactions between nature and human life, Sophie, from the Domaine du Vieux Chai, will make your taste buds work with a very special wine tasting workshop!
After this appetizer, you will enjoy a country meal in the middle of nature and taste the flavours "well from here", where local products and ancestral preparation secrets are perfectly combined.
In the afternoon, you will discover the charm of the village of Roquebrun ("the little Nice of the Hérault") and its Mediterranean garden, where typical Mediterranean plants mingle with very particular exotic species.
--> Bring good shoes for the walk through the vineyards and the visit of the garden, which is accessed by steep alleys.
