Your program:

10am: Visit and little walk in the heart of a chestnut grove, with Serge, grower and mountain guide.

12pm: Convivial lunch in Saint Martin de l'Arçon. Yannick, grower and winemaker, shares with you his passion for
local products.

Your menu:

Marrons and grilled sausage + onion confit from Tarrassac, homemade dessert, glass of coarse wine + coffee

2pm: Guided tour of Olargues, classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
Follow Jean-Claude, your passionate guide, to discover the history of the village and the chestnut, with the local star: the Marron d'Olargues, labelled AOC Châtaignes des Cévennes.
