What is this strange phenomenon known in all the Minervois?

Near Fauzan and Siran, there is a strange place whose mysteries have been told by the druids since the dawn of time.
The "climb that goes down", known as the "Lauriole curiosity" attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Put a ball or a bottle on the ground and you will see them climb the slope.
Better still, while driving your car, with the engine off, let off the handbrake...
The curious come to see for themselves the local strangeness.

Local druidic magic? Magnetism ? Optics? The hypotheses are all over the place.
