The swimming pool of the Ponderach sports complex in Saint Pons de Thomières
The intercommunal swimming pool was completely renovated in 2016. The pools, the beach, the lawn area and the entire reception area, changing rooms, toiletsand surroundings.
A mini-golf course is available near the pool.
Refreshment bar on the spot with terrace!
Swimming lessons, Aqua-Gym, Aqua-Fitness and Aqua-Seniors courses are also available.

Amateur and experienced sportsmen and women can combine a moment of relaxation at the pool with hiking, cycling and running on the Voie Verte, which is located right next to the pools.

Grass and pebble beach. Supervised swimming in July and August. Barbecue, picnic area.

For those who prefer to cool off in the river... WARNING: swimming in the river is not supervised.Since 3 years, the rivers of the Jaur (from Saint-Pons de Thomières to Tarassac) and of the Orb (from Tarassac to Cessenon-sur-Orb) are in good ecological state.
Ceps' Bridge
Well known as a departure point for canoes from Roquebrun, the car park is well signposted. Shade and picnic tables on site.

The Fréjo spring in Olargues
Located near the Voie Verte, not far from Olargues, the Fréjo spring is ideal for refreshing yourself during your bike rides. It is indicated from the Voie Verte. BATHING NOT SUPERVISED.
Roquebrun's Beach
Easy access to the Orb river makes it ideal for children. UNSUPERVISED SWIMMING.Access to the car park is not free in July and August.

Olargues - Le Baous
At the entrance to Olargues on the road around the bridges (RD908), the place is not lacking in coolness along the Jaur. BATHING NOT SUPERVISED.
The Gorges of Héric in Mons
Along the discovery path that leads to the hamlet of Héric, there are numerous pools for swimming. SWIMMING NOT SUPERVISED. Access to the car park at the entrance to the site is subject to a charge in season.
